Turks and Caicos....our new norm....on the best beach in the world - Grace Bay

It's been a long year for everyone around the globe and we could all use some vacation time, what better place to do this than Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Not only for the rich and famous we have a broad selection of accommodations and travel is easy with most mainline carriers having resumed their schedule to the island. Here at Key to the Sea we prepared our staff with new protocols to keep everyone safe so we can enjoy a little time on the water along Grace Bay Beach. We are TCI Assured which you will find our certification on boat- in fact hotels- restaurants all had to create new protocol to operate. We are open for business on this beautiful island where weddings, honeymoons, best friend getaways as well as families gather to enjoy the sea, sand and salty fresh air.

Parasailing here is extra special due to the shallow waters along the reef line allowing great visibility for sea life below, it is truly spectacular. Your birds eye view will allow you to the see the other side of the island as well. We recommend doing some mangrove kayaking and snorkelling while here as well. Both offer the opportunity to get close to sea life and take in the beauty of nature, after all, we are "Beautiful by Nature". Just talk to our crew they would be happy to make recommendations.

Eating here is so much fun and we have so many favourites this list goes on and on......from local food trucks to dining on a bluff watching the sunset there is an experience for all. Omar's Beach hut is a fave for lunch whether it be their jerk chicken or steamed fish over looking the water. Omar serves up his special rum punch not to be missed. Grab a jet ski with Five Cays Tours while you are there or shake into a dance with the amazing beats. Magnolia is a crew favourite because of the location close to Turtle Cove Marina, where we moor our boat. The restaurants sits on a bluff and has the most spectacular views for sunset and the best crusted seared tuna, in fact just writing about it makes me want to ditch my morning coffee and go straight there. Not interested in a full dinner they have a balcony for drinks and appy's. From the restaurant you can watch all the boats come in from their daily excursions, perhaps watch fisherman cut up their catch and take in the ocean. We will have to get back to other favourites next round.

Don't forget to pop in to Potcake Place to adopt a puppy for the morning and take the pup for a beach walk helping them interact with people and furry friends. Or perhaps sign up to be a courier to bring a puppy to back to their furever home, its free and organized for you. TCSPCA is a wonderful organization as well that tend to a lot of rescues bringing them back to health and on their way. We love both organizations- we are so blessed to have them.

If Turks and Caicos has been on your bucket list, there is no better time than now. We love helping guests determine their needs so pop us a question and we will be happy to answer and or make recommendations.
